Thank you for taking care of my baby in his last breaths and thank you to Penny for taking care of my big man until they came to take him to be cremated. I miss my boy so much, I can't describe it. BUT it's your heart's your love and compassion for our furbabies that make the difference! My Virtue was the sweetest most lovable pitbull you could meet. Everyone is so nice and also gentle with my dogs even though my dogs are always nervous while we are there. They go out of their way to make them more comfortable and are always quick with the shots and blood work.

I took my little Chihuahua in because she wasn't feeling good and not eating. The doc checked her out and said not to worry. He thought she just had a tummy ache. He said he could do blood work on her but he was suspicious that it would come back ok. I asked him in his professional opinion if he thought it was necessary and he said no. He gave her some medicine for her tummy while I was there with her and sent me home with some for her. I like the idea that he was honest with me about not doing anything that wasn't needed. If she would have needed the bloodwork I would have let him do it. He didn't prey on me and my feelings. There needs to be more caring vets like him. He and his staff are very compassionate people who genuinely care about the welfare and health of each animal that comes through their door. Sophie is feeling much better and is eating like normal. Thank you so very much!!!

The staff, techs and vets at Stone Creek are 100% warm, caring and professional. All of my animals (dog, cats, guinea pigs) get the best care, the most compassion, and follow-up that lets me know we are important to the clinic. If you're shopping vets, give them a call. I'm so thankful we found this clinic and the wonderful group of employees there! A bunch of A+'s for them.

I made the 1 hour drive after two local vets said "sorry see a specialist" ...With a medical and business background I know how speciality clinics are ran. Its about running as many tests as possible and charging 100% more in fees. Dr. Ulrich is knowledgeable friendly and doesn't run any test if not needed. They have equipment and knowledge that only specialists have without paying the specialist price. Its a win win.

These folks were a very kind caring , I use to use them down Dongola Glad they have a facility closer than Dongola , Although if they were not in the area i would still drive to Dongola if they were not in the area

Can't express how great they all are! I would trust them with all of my animals! Having a tiny herd of miss-fit horses, Doc Heinrichs has proved how much he cares about them and we are greatful!

Love how they treat your animal as your own! They are always there to help with any questions or concerns. Plus I love how they have two offices one in Makanda and another one in Dongola. The one in Dongola does a laparoscopic spay and they remove all of the parts instead one or another. Whenever my dog had surgery, the dr called me straight after surgery and told me how she was doing and how the surgery went. Both offices are very friendly and there to help you! I love all the staff at both offices. I love how they greet my dog and how friendly and welcoming they are during the appointment. Thank you for giving Fifi wonderful care. ❤️

I needend heart worm and flea pills for my pup but I couldn't get there by 5pm. They took my payment over the phone and left them in their mailbox. They even had to get one pill from another vet in golconda. They go above and beyond. My puppys co-owner had been going here for years and he highly recommended them. As will I.

Dr. Ulrich is an awesome vet. My doberman has liver disease and my original vet demanded he see a specialist $5,000 worth of diagnostics and $140 per consult. Just wasn't doable for us. He is willing to try different treatments and see what works. Most vets won't do this.

Theres something to be said if you have brought your animals to these vets for 16 yrs. The entire staff has shown respect & dignity to all of our animals no matter what time of day or nite.Their prices are reasonable & affordable even offering add'l useful information.They aren't charging you to pay for a fancy office either.Sometimes,you may see donkeys getting physicals or the vet got called out to deliver a calf.We have the utmost confidence in the entire staff.
